How do I return an item purchased here?

Our policy on returns is simple.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Here is how it works:

  • We delivered the wrong item: If we sent you the wrong merchandise, then we will make good on that order.  Simply call or e-mail:

  • Your order arrived damaged:  We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your merchandise arrived undamaged.  Occasionally, the contents get a bit tossed around and bruised up.  In the rare case that your merchandise is dented, torn, or otherwise impaired, simply call or  e-mail:

  • You just do not want to keep your order:  Its hard to imagine that someone would not want to keep their E-Z UP order, but who are we to judge!  If you have changed your mind, we will gladly accept your return and exchange your item for another E-Z UP product or simply issue you a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.  Shipping to customer and back to us is to be paid by customer.  Since custom items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns on these products.  Simply call or e-mail:
